Great Court is set to be the central accommodation location for students attending various London universities. Set in Bermondsey, its less than 3 miles away from 6 of the City’s universities. A whole host of options and facilities will enable students to achieve their best in one of the world’s most popular city’s.

Exterior Architecture were commissioned for the garden areas on the basement level, utilising Stapel raised planter edge in Linier finish, with Squared seating modules in Douglas-Fir. Inset lighting modules were also included within the planter design to give the area some additional night time vibrance.
Great Court, Bermondsey is a new nine storey, 250 bed PBSA building
with a cafe at ground floor, and internal student communal spaces at both the lower ground level and ground level.
There are many townscape and urban design benefits. The communal facilities at ground floor will provide connectivity and interest along the street edge.
The planters used on the project are Stapel raised planter edging with a linier™ blacken steel finish to a 3mm mild steel panel. Logic also designed & manufactured the bespoke integrated seating area. The timber used within the Squared seating is as UK grown class 3 sustainable douglas-fir timber.
