  • A fully landscaped 3,000-square-foot roof terrace.
  • An all-electric HVAC system meaning the building will be Carbon Net Zero.

  • 23 apartments with designated access, located on the fifth and sixth floors.

Logic was consulted through the full process to provide technical assistance with some challenges on the landscaping including:

  • Loading issues on the roof terrace.
  • An ambitious and stunning design is intended to be achieved within budget.
  • The integration of concealed, weather-proof power outlets.
  • Sustainable yet durable hardwood timber.
