The development consists of art-deco inspired lower blocks around a central courtyard anchored by three towers or 12, 15 and 18 storeys respectively.
The pristine, landscaped courtyard garden and roof garden spaces represent a peaceful haven for residents. These areas feature Stapel powder coated planters to delaminate the outer boundaries of the spaces, and Modal benches for residents to sit on or children to play on.
For the planters, the Stapel design was used with a grey powder coated finish. For the Modal benches, timber slats were used mounted on a corten steel base.
