It features state-of-the-art office spaces across three buildings, designed to accommodate a variety of businesses and foster a vibrant business community.

The ground floor retail units introduce a diverse array of shops, cafes, and restaurants, enriching the local experience. Prioritizing pedestrian-friendly spaces, including the charming Chimney Walk, the development invites visitors to explore and unwind. With a strong commitment to sustainability, the project incorporates eco-friendly features to promote a healthier, greener community. By revitalizing this historic site, Chimney Walk plays a key role in transforming East London into a dynamic and desirable destination.

‘A calm, welcoming journey…’

The project incorporated Linean wall-mounted seating, creating small, inviting social spaces and breaking up the green areas. Some sections were further enriched with backrests and armrests for added visual interest.

The designers selected UK-grown Douglas-Fir for the timber seating and benches, choosing this light-coloured wood to maintain a bright and open feel as people move through the space.
