St Albans CCOS

The project saw the demolition of existing buildings and the redevelopment of the site to achieve:

• 93 mix-tenure residential units
• A mix of one- and two-bed apartments
• Office and retail space
• Landscaping, public realm, access and parking.

Logic was commissioned to provide the bespoke planter edging and seating, which came with a number of challenges:

• Budget Constraints especially on the landscaping.
• Scheme required a no corrosion guarantee.
• Zero panel deflection or misalignment.

CCOS St Albans shows a minimalistic approach to ‘greening’ urban spaces without compromising functionality.
