Situated within the Holbeck Conservation Area along the Leeds-Liverpool canal, Tower Works spans 1.17 hectares and is a cornerstone of the Leeds Southbank Development. The overarching design concept seeks to frame the historic grade II listed towers—the Giotto Tower, Verona Tower, and Engine House—within a contemporary and sustainable setting. By embracing the site’s heritage, the design creates a dialogue between the past and the future, offering a high-quality living and working environment.
Collaboration was key in bringing this space to life. Our team worked closely with the designers at OOBE to ensure the project was brought to fruition successfully. The dialogue focused on creating solutions that not only met aesthetic goals but also adhered to functional needs and sustainability criteria.
