The Brentford Project is poised to become a thriving hub for creative start-ups and independent makers with its:

  • High-quality public realm spaces, herb gardens, allotments and communal courtyards
  • Improved and reinvigorated waterways.
  • 207 one, two, three and four-bed apartments and townhouses
  • Redeveloped High Street


Logic was specified by Grant Associates for the Velox Rapid Edge system as it would help solve some challenges:

  • Install cost of a bolted system was over budget.
  • The use of a concrete foundation was not permitted due to its environmental effect.
  • Installation time was to be kept to a minimum.

Products used

Staple Raised Edge Design with a Corten finish to reference the

industrial heritage of the development.


Velox Rapid Edge to ensure the result was Swifter Smarter and Safer.
